For an effective consultation, please bring all relevant documents, contracts, and information related to your matter. For wills and estate planning, include details of your assets, beneficiaries, and any existing estate planning documents. For property or business matters, please bring any contracts, agreements, and related correspondence.
If you cannot attend a meeting in person, we can conduct it remotely via telephone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or WeChat, according to your convenience.
We primarily provide updates on your matter via email. For urgent matters, we may also contact you by telephone. Upon request, we can communicate through text message, WhatsApp or WeChat.
You are encouraged to contact us by email or telephone with any queries. We are committed to providing prompt and clear responses, ensuring you remain fully informed at every stage of your matter.
We prioritize value-based services over hourly billing. Most of our services, including conveyancing, leasing, business transactions, and wills and estate planning, are offered on a fixed-fee basis. For more complex matters, fees may vary. In such cases, we provide a quoted estimate, charge hourly, or agree to a capped fee. All costs are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
