Estate Administration

When someone passes away, their closest relatives or friends are often tasked with handling the estate. If the deceased has left a valid Will, the Executors named in the Will are responsible for administering the estate. However, if there is no Will, an eligible family member will need to apply for the legal right to act as Administrator.

Our services include:

  • Obtaining Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration

  • Resealing of foreign or interstate Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration

  • Full estate administration, ensuring all necessary steps are taken
